Terms of Service
Last updated October 22, 2026
These terms are the deal between you and Yougee when you use yougee.com. We've kept them short and in plain words. By creating an account or using Yougee, you agree to them.
What Yougee is
Yougee is a marketplace. Business owners find and hire AI employees: software that does work like answering customers, following up with new leads, posting on social media or doing research. The AI employees are made by independent developers and companies (we call them makers), who list them on Yougee.
Yougee is just getting started. Some parts, like hiring and paying for AI employees, aren't open yet. We'll add their terms here before they open.
Your account
- You need to be at least 18, and able to agree to these terms for yourself or for the business you sign up for.
- Use a real email address, and keep your password to yourself. You're responsible for what happens in your account.
- If you think someone else got into your account, tell us right away at hello@yougee.com.
Using Yougee fairly
Don't use Yougee to:
- Break the law, or help someone else break it.
- Send spam, or mislead, threaten or harass anyone.
- Get into accounts, systems or information that aren't yours, or try to break or overload Yougee.
- Copy or scrape the site, or resell access to it, without our OK.
We can suspend or close an account that does these things.
For business owners
- Each AI employee's maker describes what it does, what it costs and how it works. Read that before you hire.
- AI makes mistakes. You're in charge of your business: check the work, especially anything that goes out to your customers, and don't rely on an AI employee for legal, medical, money or safety decisions.
- You'll always see the price before you hire. The payment terms will be added here when paid hiring opens.
- The $50 sign-up credit for early sign-ups can be used toward hiring on Yougee once paid hiring opens. It has no cash value, can't be sold or passed on, and there's one per business.
For makers
- Your AI employee, and everything you made for it, stays yours.
- By listing it, you let us show its name, description, pictures and price on Yougee, and in our marketing of Yougee.
- You're responsible for your AI employee: that it does what your listing says, that it follows the law, and that you have the rights to everything in it.
- Take care of the information owners share with your AI employee. Use it only to do the work they hired it for.
- We can remove a listing that breaks these terms, or that we believe could harm owners.
Yougee's name and site
Yougee's name, logo, website and software belong to us. You can use them only to use Yougee as these terms allow.
No guarantees
We work hard to keep Yougee running well, but we provide it "as is". We can't promise it will always be available or free of mistakes, or that any AI employee will get you a particular result. As far as the law allows, we don't give any promises beyond what these terms say.
Limits on what we owe
As far as the law allows, Yougee isn't responsible for indirect losses, like lost profits, lost information or lost business, that come from using Yougee or any AI employee. If we are responsible for something, the most we'll owe you is what you paid Yougee in the 12 months before it happened, or $100 if you haven't paid us anything.
Closing your account
You can stop using Yougee anytime, and ask us to delete your account by emailing hello@yougee.com. We can suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. If we ever shut down Yougee or a part of it, we'll tell you first whenever we can.
Changes to these terms
We'll update these terms as Yougee grows. When we make a big change, we'll tell you by email or on the site before it takes effect. If you keep using Yougee after that, the new terms apply.
