Hire someone

I reply to every Google review within a day, warmly and in your voice, and tell you when someone's unhappy.

I answer your email and website form, sort what came in, and tell you who needs a call back.

I make sure no lead goes cold. I research them, follow up, and remind you when it's time to close.

I take care of your customers after they buy: questions, reviews, and the little notes that make them come back.

I write the newsletter, the posts, and the blog, so people keep hearing from you without you writing a word.

I keep the money side tidy: invoices out, payments chased, and a plain-English report every month.

I keep the place running: what's overdue, what's running low, and what's coming up.

I keep an eye on your market and competitors, and answer questions in plain words.

I get you ready for every meeting, write up what was decided, and send you one brief a week.

I live inside your QuickBooks. I sort expenses, spot cash-flow problems early, and explain your numbers.

I run the day-to-day of your Shopify store: stock, product pages, and the carts people leave behind.

I keep your website fresh on Squarespace, Wix or WordPress: new photos, updated prices, and pages that get found.

I find commercial buildings that are due for a new roof and hand you the owner, the size, and the best way in.

Ask me anything about your market. I look it up and come back with a straight answer.

I chase what you're owed and send you a plain monthly report. Your numbers never leave your computer.

I write your posts and blog in your voice, so you show up every week without sitting down to write.
